Improve a prompt without starting over
A generated prompt is a draft. Refine scores the one you have against eleven criteria — is the task explicit, is there an audience, is the format specified, are there worked examples — and feeds the gaps back in as instructions.
Add a sentence of your own to steer it (“make it shorter”, “aim this at a technical reader”) and it regenerates, streaming, in about the time it takes to read this paragraph. You are told the score before and after, and every version is kept so you can go back.

Say it once, and every prompt remembers
