These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Frompting. Please read them carefully — by using the service you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frompting at frompting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Frompting is an AI prompt generation tool that applies proven frameworks to help users create structured prompts for use with third-party AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others). We provide the prompt generation tool only — we are not affiliated with any AI model provider.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Frompting to:

• Generate prompts designed to produce harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls through automated means
• Create multiple free accounts, or otherwise attempt to bypass free-tier or usage limits
• Share a single login across multiple people or devices to exceed your plan's session limits
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Team Accounts

Team plans provide a fixed number of seats shared between the team owner and the members they add. Each seat is for a single person: one active session is allowed per member at a time, and logins may not be shared to exceed the seat count. The team owner is responsible for the members they create and for all activity under those accounts.

Using Your Own AI Keys

Premium and Team plans let you optionally run prompts using your own third-party AI provider key. You are solely responsible for that key, for keeping it secure, and for any usage charges and compliance with that provider's own terms. Your key is stored only in your browser and is never stored or logged on our servers.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Refund Eligibility

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering:

• Timing — requests made shortly after purchase are more likely to be approved
• Usage — the extent of service usage before the request
• Reason — technical issues, billing errors, or service not performing as described

When Refunds May Not Apply

• Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal to avoid future charges)
• Requests more than 30 days after purchase without a valid reason
• Extensive service usage prior to requesting a refund
• Violation of these Terms of Service

How to Request

Email [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We respond within 24–48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. Please reach out directly — we want to resolve issues fairly.

Intellectual Property

Frompting and its content (frameworks, UI, copy) are owned by us. The prompts you generate using the tool are yours to use as you wish. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.

Disclaimer

Frompting is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for purpose of generated prompts. The outputs of third-party AI models are outside our control. Use generated prompts at your own discretion.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account from settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
